Major changes (for the better) have happened in my life. I will update this when I get a chance.
Where I was...
Though I was originally born in Louisville, KY, USA, I grew up in a town called Corbin, located in southeastern Kentucky. With a population of less than 8000, Corbin is often described as a "small community". Corbin is a nice town, with good people, good air, and cheap living, but it wasn't my kind of place to live. I needed more.
Where I am...
When it was time to go off to college, I chose to go to the University of Louisville because it is located in the biggest city of Kentucky and most of my family lives up here. I started out as an Engineering Mathematics and Computer Science (EMACS) major, thinking I wanted to get into software engineering. I was wrong. After a year, I felt that it was the wrong field for me to get into, so I switched to Computer Information Systems (CIS) in the business school. I'm happy with the switch.
I currently work at the University of Louisville public relations office (basically). My responsibilities involve supporting computers, maintaining servers, and some programming.
Where I'm going...
While in my current job, I will be finishing up my CIS degree. I'm interested in project management as a career.
